Within the framework of the Venice Boat Show, on Saturday, June 3rd, at 10:30 a.m., the North Adriatic Sea Port Authority will participate in the conference “Onda Alta: Dealing with the Issue of Wave Motion for Captains,” organized by the Association of Captains in collaboration with “The Propeller Club Port of Venice” – Venice Delegation of the National Association of Captains.
The meeting, featuring Captain Antonio Revedin – Director of Strategic Planning and Development – and Engineer Paolo Menegazzo – Head of Strategic Planning and Transportation – will address possible strategies to limit wave motion, making it compatible with the environmental protection needs of the lagoon and the preservation of Venice’s monumental heritage. At the same time, the aim is to ensure the movement of small and large vessels necessary for the transportation of goods and people.
