The play and educational workshops designed and proposed by the Port Authority for the benefit of local primary schools restarted yesterday after the summer break.
After the success of the first editions, the Authority’s educational project is back, with the aim of explaining ports and logistics to children in a simple and fun language.
The meetings – included for the second consecutive year as part of the Educational Itineraries promoted by the Municipality of Venice – take place at participating schools and base their storytelling on the multimedia tool PORT EDUCATIONAL.
This tool, accessible at the link https://educational.port.venice.it/, has been created by the Port Authority to engage primary school students under the guidance of the well-known mascot FARO DE FARIS, a friendly and playful guide who accompanies children on their discovery of ports, goods, infrastructures and the professions of logistics and the sea.
