The Structure consists of four areas that support the President and General Secretary of the North Adriatic Sea Port Authority.
Competency of the Structure
The structure is particularly involved in legal analysis and evaluation concerning the Authority’s various competencies/activities. It conducts economic-statistical studies and research traffic analysis, and data management.
Additionally, it oversees ceremonial aspects, media relations, and social media. Within the institutional agenda, it monitors and engages stakeholders.
It handles all aspects related to human resources management and personnel accounting administration.
Finally, it manages activities related to the archival, bibliographic, and protocol services of the Authority.
