The Port System Authority will attend the ‘ADRIJOROUTES’ project kick-off meeting

Ancona, 28 June – On 28 June the Port System Authority (AdSP) will participate in the kick-off meeting of the ‘ADRIJOROUTES’ project, which is part of the Italy-Croatia European cross-border cooperation programme. The event is a unique opportunity to discuss the activities programmed under the project, that aims to promote sustainability, social inclusiveness and digitalisation in tourism in the Adriatic area. ‘ADRIJOROUTES’ is a major opportunity for AdSP MAS to develop actions to promote and implement the Virtual Museum of the Ports of Venice and Chioggia. The final goal is to foster high-quality tourism experiences, design alternative and more sustainable routes, while enhancing the cultural heritage of the ports involved. The project involves cultural and tourist stakeholders from the public and private sector, to ensure an inclusive and collaborative approach. The Adrijo Routes project is coordinated by the port of Ancona and also involves, in addition to the ports of Venice and Chioggia, the ports of Trieste, Ravenna, Zadar and Dubrovnik, and the development agencies KIP Intermodal Transport Cluster and Public Institution RERA SD of Split, County of Dalmatia.
