The North Adriatic Sea Port Authority organizes two training days dedicated to Cyber Security and Digital Twin technology

The next 27 and 28 January, at the Venice Heritage Tower, two days of advanced training dedicated to the management of ports and maritime transport will be held, the first dedicated to Cyber Security and the second to Digital Twin technology, organized by the North Adriatic Sea Port Authority and sponsored by the Order of Engineers of Venice.

The two training days, which are valid for the recognition of annual training credits for members of the Order of Engineers, are part of two cooperation projects financed at 100% by the Interreg Italy Croatia programme, respectively: CRESPORT – ‘Improving the Cyber REsilience and Security of Adriatic PORTs’, of which AdSP MAS is the beneficiary, and DIGITPORTS – DIGITal Twins applications for safer and greener Adriatic PORTS operations, of which AdSP MAS is the coordinator. Both projects see the participation of all the major Italian and Croatian Adriatic ports.

The meeting on 27 January will be moderated by Giuseppe Puleo, Security Consultants Manager and Security & Privacy Services of IBM Italia S.p.A. Download the agenda

The training day on 28 January will be moderated by Leonida Bucci, Chief Development Officer of ESRI Italia and Oliviero Vitale of the DIGITPORTS Scientific Board. Download the agenda

The two days will provide an opportunity to explore relevant and current topics together with a panel of top-level international experts, through scenario analysis, theoretical and practical content, and best practices with a view to an increasingly digital future for ports and logistics at sea.
