Register on the New Health Information System (NSIS) website
In order to obtain the release of certifications for naval vessels, the user must first be accredited on the portal of the New Health Information System (NSIS) of the Ministry of Health for the use of the NSIS-USMAF application (registration is done only on the first access).
To register on the NSIS portal, do the following:
- connect to the web page https://nsis.sanita.it/accountprovisioningnsis
- enter the personal data of a natural person
- from the “User personal data” page follow the path “External bodies” > “Companies”
- the user receives an email automatically from the system (to the email address entered in point 2), in which there is a link to which he must connect to confirm the first part of the registration
- the system sends 3 access credentials to the user’s email
- connect to the site https://nsis-ids.sanita.it/nidp/app and, after changing the password, in the “Personal profile management” menu > “Request new profile” > “Select application” > “usmafareapubblica” perform confirmation
- contact the local contact person for the application (by sending an email to the following addresses: a.berengo@sanita.it; a.inio@sanita.it), communicating the “user-id” received from the system (alphanumeric code of 7 characters starting with “mi” followed by 5 digits) for the definitive validation of registration on the portal;
- finally, the user will receive a response email from the Office confirming the validation.
