Description
Complete renovation of the state-owned building 330 located in Via del Commercio, in Porto Marghera, which aims at a structural, plant engineering, energy and functional redevelopment of the building, with a view to reuse for tertiary use.
Economics
The cost of the work amounts to €3.1 million financed by NASPA funds
Objective
Recover and repurpose abandoned areas and unused properties owned by the NASPA, within the port area, providing future concessionaires with comfort and safety in line with current regulations.
